See the attached video on CareerBuilder applicant explorer. This is a great tool for our retail clients to get the most out of their resume database access. The applicant explorer allows our clients to go beyond the resume and learn much more information about the job seeker.
This functionality allows you to see information at the click of a button on the job seeker like blog post, published articles, and any other social networks the job seeker is actively involved with.
This is a great service that saves time and is free as long as you have access into the resume database.
